Wouldn't it feel amazing to tune into your breath, to be aware of your body and clear your chakras through a short mediation first; then express your true emotions through art and music?
How exciting would it be to go on an art discovery journey with your inner child? Then together paint/draw out anger, frustration, boredom, joy, gratitude, or whatever you’re feeling right NOW?

JOIN ME in my art studio on Friday 12th June for an online art healing workshop!
We meditate, draw, paint, and creatively express our feelings together and let them show up however they are through the magic of ART.
Here’s how the workshop flows:
* I’ll guide you to tune in with your breath and body first
* Then we do a series of quick art-making exploration and emotional expressions together.
****What you need to prepare for the workshop****
*All you need is a heart full of fluid (or hidden emotions)
*Apart from that, you don’t need much really. A pen/pencil and some paper would do.
*Or if you have coloured pencils, markers, or any type of paint (acrylic, oil, watercolor, etc..). Any sort of art material that you have at home handy.
You do not need to be an artist or to be good at painting or drawing at all. The purpose of this workshop is to express your feelings through art.
