I've almost finished my kundalini yoga level 1 training so I am ready to start teaching some classes.

For me, kundalini yoga is all about the art of activating and revealing the energies that are alive within us, then witnessing & flowing with these energies. It has revealed so much about myself since the start of my kundalini journey.

I would love to share this incredible transformational yoga with you.

When: Starts Monday 12th October at 6.45 am.

Duration: 3 weeks - 45 or 60 mins session each week

Join the class live via zoom or do it your own time. The class will be recorded and sent to you.

Additional transformational & well-being tips will be posted on Facebook Group each week.

Support will be provided throughout the three weeks through the Facebook Group.

More About Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is an ancient system of exercise and meditation that boosts our energy, synchronizes the impulses in our nervous system, releases energetic blockages, balances our hormones, and uplifts our attitude to allow our true nature to shine through. In short, it makes you feel amazing!

I have been practicing different types of yoga ( vinyasa, Bikram, and yin) since 2017 but kundalini is the yoga that gets my energy flowing like no other and it makes me feel connected, strong, and determined.
