I've almost finished my kundalini yoga level 1 training and I've started teaching some classes already. My students loved these classes and meditations followed by each session and encouraged me to do more. 

For me, kundalini yoga is all about the art of activating and revealing the energies that are alive within us, then witnessing & flowing with these energies. It has revealed so much about myself since the start of my kundalini journey.

I would love to share this incredible transformational yoga with you.

When: It Starts Monday the 30th of November at 7:00 am.

Duration: 3 weeks - 60 to 75 mins classes each week

Join the class live via zoom or do it your own time. The class will be recorded and sent to you.

Additional transformational & well-being tips will be posted on Facebook Group each week.

I have been practicing different types of yoga ( vinyasa, Bikram, and yin) since 2017 but kundalini is the yoga that gets my energy flowing like no other and it makes me feel connected, strong, and determined.
