Envisioning your 2024 + Breathwork Ceremony

Complete the year that was; planting seeds for the coming year and connect with your heart consciousness through breathwork.

The workshop has 2 parts:

1-Visioning process


Visioning process:

We are the authors of our lives, and we are either consciously or unconsciously creating our present moment experience. Studies have found that the body doesn't know the difference between fantasy + reality. In other words, it cannot decipher between your imagination + what's real because both experiences occur in the mind. That's why visioning is a beautiful practice to prepare your mind to create what you deeply desire.

In this part of the workshop, you slow down and reflect on the current year first. To energetically review and release the 12-month cycle that you have just come through.

Then you'll be guided to tune in to the wisdom of your soul and listen to its whispers to see what seeds you are being called to plant for the coming year. What grounded actions you are being called to take to cross the threshold of the next 12-month cycle?


To support the visioning process and go deeper you then will be guided to a breathwork session.

About breathwork:

Breathwork is a powerful practice and has become an important personal practice for many in recent years, just like exercise and meditation. Breathwork is a form of somatic work, and it’s the practice of consciously manipulating our breath over a period of time for a specific desired outcome.

As you breathe in this conscious way, old stuck physical + emotional blocks are naturally freed up, and you have more creativity, energy, and inspiration.

Breathwork has also been proven to help:

  • Relieve stress.
  • Support people in being positive.
  • Pave the way for sharper focus.
  • Pain management.

In this session, we are going to practice Conscious Connected Breathwork but there are a few different styles of breathwork:

  1. Box Breathing - A gentle breathwork practice where you visualize a box as you do the breathing technique.
  2. Alternate Nostril Breathing - Another gentle breathwork practice that consciously alternates breathing in and out of the left and right nostrils.
  3. Wim Hof - This method is recently popular and is named after the man who developed it.
  4. Conscious Connected Breathwork or Holotropic Breathwork - This is a practice that I like and utilize often. It’s an intense breathing practice that was created by Stan + Christina Grof.

Breathwork cannot be used in certain conditions.

Safety guidelines around who not to use breathwork with:

  • Cardiovascular problems.
  • Detached retina.
  • High or abnormal blood pressure.
  • Kidney disease.
  • History of aneurysms.
  • Epilepsy or history of seizures.
  • Heart disease.
  • Chronic panic attacks.
  • Asthma.
  • Anyone on heavy medication.
  • Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia
  • Bipolar depression.
  • Osteoporosis.
  • Recent surgery.
  • Glaucoma.
  • Past trauma.
  • Pregnancy.
  • Depression.
  • An active addiction.
  • Any person with mental illness who isn’t in treatment or lacks adequate support.
  • Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis.

To be able to participate in the breathwork session all participants must sign a safety guideline that is included in the legal waiver they receive prior to this session.

Duration of the workshop - 2 to 2.5 hours

  • Visioning process - 45 mins
  • Breathwork introduction + question - 20 mins
  • Breathwork - 45 mins
  • Integration and sharing after breathwork - 30 mins

The intention of Visioning Your 2024 + Breathwork

This workshop is an offering with a primary focus on helping you reflect and release the past year + envision and plant seeds for your growth and expansion in the coming year. Breathwork is an amazing tool to bring your heart's energy in and integrate it into your envisioning process. In this workshop, I will support you in stripping away the parts of your life/you that are ready to let go of which will reveal a more clear vision and plan for you in the new year. You leave this workshop feeling so clear about what you truly want to create. Also, you will feel more connected to yourself and a deeper part(s) of you that you won't have access to in day-to-day life.

What to bring

For the visioning part, you need to bring a pen & paper

For the breathwork part, this is the pre-session information needed.

  • Don’t have any big meals 2 hours before the session.
  • We will be breathing lying down. Bring a yoga mat. 
  • Should you have difficulties lying down on your back for a longer period, have extra pillows, a bolster for under your knees, or additional cushioning for your back available. 
  • Sometimes one can get cold during a breathwork session. Just have a blanket next to you. 
  • Wear comfortable clothes that don’t restrict you. 
  • If you have an eye mask, scarf, or something else to cover your, have them available. This can help to go deeper into the process.  
  • One extra pillow in arm's reach.
