Bahar Boostani is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, somatic practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and transformational coach based in South London.

Her work combines somatic healing, meditation, nervous system awareness, breathwork, and Kundalini Yoga to support women through emotional healing, life transitions, burnout recovery, and personal transformation.
